Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Zombies players invested in the Dark Aether story have received another major lore dump as part of Season 2 Reloaded. For those interested in collecting all the intel, playing the new Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War game mode Outbreak will be a necessity.

Not only has the new Sanatorium Night region received some exclusive pieces of intel added, but older maps have also seen fresh items scattered throughout some key locations. With some collectible types only able to be acquired once per game, players will need to be thorough to get every piece of hidden content. For those interested in learning all there is to know about the new Call of Duty Zombies universe, though, the effort will be worth it.

Finally, players can find two new Dark Aether items from the Trial Machine. These are not map specific, and as always, they can be obtained by doing well in the specially marked intel trials. Unlike other Zombies intel updates, there are no new documents to collect from mini-bosses, meaning that players should have an easier time gathering the Season 2 Reloaded items.
