While each Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Zombies map has different side easter eggs to complete, all four of them share one thing in common. No matter where players go in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Zombies, they can do something to help the creepy blue bunny Mr. Peeks.
Each of the easter eggs tied to this bunny so far have been incredibly unique, and the latest is no different. Treyarch has continued the trend of each bunny-related side quest having a different style and objectives, and this time around, there is also an extra reward. Here is how players can complete the new Aether Bunny easter egg inside Forsaken.
Using PhD Slider On The Three Marked Spots
The first thing that players need to do is fully upgrade PhD Slider, the final Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Zombies perk. At tier 5, a deadly explosion will be created when players drop from a building or any other high point. Aside from being an ability that heavily resembles the original PhD Flopper, the feature will be necessary for the first step of this side quest.
Once players have Tier 5 PhD Slider, they will want to head to the following locations. They will either provide the Aether Bunny or a power-up, and players need to keep trying until they get the former to drop.
- Anytown West (VHS Store) - To the left of the VHS store, players will see what looks like a scorch mark on the ground. It is in front of a barricade, and if players climb up the crates in the corner, they can jump onto the spot to spawn an item.
- Anytown West (Theater) - In front of the Theater area, players can see this scorch mark by a wire on the ground. Players need to go onto the Speed Cola rooftop, jump onto the left barricade, and get a running start. If they slide off the ledge with PhD Slider and aim for the theater, the explosion should trigger in the right spot.
- Anytown West (TV Store) - Outside of the TV Store, players can find a yellow barricade in front of a bunch of debris. The scorch mark is in front of it. To land on it, players need to get a running start and slide off Bar rooftop. The Bar is the building that houses Deadshot Daiquiri.
Once players have gotten the Aether Bunny to spawn, they can begin the second and final step.
Defending The Aether Bunny At Burger Town
Players will want to take the Aether Bunny to Burger Town. If they go behind the Bubby mascot, they can open a panel in his back and insert the stuffed animal. Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War players will enter a two-minute lockdown once they do this, so they should make sure they have some powerful weaponry equipped. Bubby takes damage easily, so players will have to be careful to protect him.
Once Bubby has been defended for two minutes, he will provide players with a reward crate just like they received from the other Mr. Peeks easter eggs. However, he will also grant players a special Zombies song, which is a remix of Samantha’s Lullaby. The track will play in-game and be unlocked for the music player once the tape is picked up.
