In a Reddit post by user Blitzzz_, the player noticed some text inside the mall casually handing on the wall. As a resident of New Jersey, this player has been to the real Cherry Mall that Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War's Twin Pines is based on, and knew something that many fans had not noticed. The text "Great Adventure" references the Six Flag promotion that often appeared in New Jersey. Six Flags ran a campaign that had the subtext "Great Adventure & Safari," the text on the wall echos a similar tone despite advertising an outdoor goods store.

In the comments, another New Jersey resident points out that the map coordinates at the beginning of the match are the real coordinates for Cherry Hill Mall. Another fan supports this, stating that the Cherry Hill Mall and Pines Mall both have a similar outline and design. While this is a subtle Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Easter egg, it is still an appreciated one by community members close enough to investigate the mall.

The level of detail that Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War's developers have put into the background of each map is astounding. With the game having bugs, glitches, and other problems, fans are starting to find that the title holds more than just a shooting experience. Easter egg hunting players are now on the search in Pine Mall, once again looking for even more subtle details.
