Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Call of Duty: Warzone's highly-anticipated Season 4 Reloaded update will arrive later this week, on Thursday, July 15. As usual, this big mid-season update for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War will feature new weapons, items, and playlists, but perhaps the most exciting thing about it is the addition of a brand new Zombies map called Mauer der Toten.

The Mauer der Toten Zombies map in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is the first traditional Zombies map that's been added to the game in months. It will feature a new CRBR-S Wonder Weapon, the return of the fan favorite Mule Kick perk, and the LT53 Kazimir grenade, which players will be able to cobble together at crafting stations in the game. Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Zombies players will be able to put their new tools to use while completing fresh challenges and hunting down new intel.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Zombies fans have a lot to look forward to in the Season 4 update, but multiplayer enthusiasts are in for a treat as well. The headlining new addition is the remastered version of the popular Rush map from Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, which is set in a paintball course. Paintball Moshpit will be joining the game alongside Rush, in addition to a Rush 24/7 playlist, and fans can also look forward to the Black Ops Cold War debuts of Capture the Flag and Cranked Moshpit.

A new Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Operator by the name of Weaver is also joining the fray, though he won't be available until later in the season. There will be some fresh cosmetic bundles available to purchase from the store, though, plus new weapons to unlock in the form of the OTS 9 SMG (available on July 15) and the Mace melee weapon (available at some point later in the season).

As far as Call of Duty: Warzone goes, the battle royale seems to be getting slightly less attention than Black Ops Cold War when it comes to Season 4 Reloaded, but there's still plenty for fans to look forward to. Call of Duty: Warzone will soon be getting the Payload game mode, the battle royale's first-ever objective-based game mode, along with the Blueprint Blitz event. Call of Duty: Warzone fans can also look forward to the addition of the Sentry Gun killstreak, gifting, and tweaks to the Red Doors.

When Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Warzone Season 4 Reloaded releases on July 15, the file sizes will vary by platform. PS5 users can expect the Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War update file size to be 17.9 GB, whereas it will be 14.5 GB on PS4. Those on Xbox Series consoles will have a 21.3 GB update, and those on Xbox One will have an 11.4 GB update. Those on PC will have a 13 GB update without the HD pack and a 21.2 GB update with the HD pack. Warzone Season 4 Reloaded update file size will be 8.9 GB on PlayStation, 9.2 GB on Xbox, and 9.2 GB to 10.4 GB on PC depending on if players have both Modern Warfare and Warzone installed.
