Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Season 3 Reloaded is live now, and the 80s Action Heroes Event along with it. While the themed playlists, medals, and Call of Duty: Warzone map changes are all interesting, the most hyped-up addition to Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is the Rambo Operator.

Both John McClane and John Rambo are available to purchase in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, with special bundles full of themed items. The skins also capture the likeness of their respective actors, with Bruce Willis and Sylvester Stallone seen clearly in the Operators’ faces. Despite both characters getting love, though, the 80s Action Heroes trailer makes it clear that Rambo is the true star of the show.

For those interested in the Rambo bundle, 2400 COD Points will need to be set aside. Alongside the Operator himself, players will get the usual lineup of items, with weapon blueprints and finishing moves included. A calling card, emblem, weapon charm, and watch are available as well. However, there is an extra secret attached to this bundle. As shown by Reddit user _Azaliak, Rambo lets out a hidden piece of dialogue if players pull out the Death Machine scorestreak in one of their matches.

The clip itself takes place during a match of Outbreak, with the Redditor showing the massive mini gun being pulled out. Sure enough, Rambo lets out a deafening yell right after. A clear nod to the character’s signature scream while firing an LMG in his own films, this easter egg is terrific. As of now, it seems to be tied specifically to the Death Machine, meaning those that want to hear it must make use of the scorestreak inside their matches. Fortunately, the yell is not exclusive to any mode, so gamers can make Rambo yell in multiplayer and Zombies alike.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War fans were quick to share their happiness with the reference to the films, though some were wondering if this voice line could be messed with. Redditor sober_1 asked if the Death Machine can be pulled out and put away constantly so that the yell repeats endless, with _Azaliak confirming that this is possible. Unfortunately, those looking to troll with the yell are out of luck, as the player also reports that teammates cannot hear Rambo’s yell. Instead, the shout is exclusive to those using the Operator.

With Mortal Kombat 11’s version of Rambo also including an homage to the scream, it is clear that this moment has stuck with fans of the films. For any Call of Duty fans interested in making their matches a bit more intense, equipping Rambo and a Death Machine seems like an easy way to do so.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
