Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is continuing to get fresh weapon blueprints in its store, though the latest is arguably the most over-the-top weapon redesign thus far. Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War fans looking for a new Mastercraft AR need look no further than the Ice Drake variant of the Krig 6.

With the Krig 6 being one of the most reliable Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War guns available, it seems like a perfect fit for a Mastercraft weapon, as the gun will both look good and successfully kill enemy players. Designed to look like a dragon, the Ice Drake weapon is undoubtedly one of the most unique weapon blueprints released for a Call of Duty game thus far. Players can acquire the weapon starting on March 21.

Fans of the Krig 6 have been given a clear look at the weapon, and it does not disappoint. While the concept of a rifle that looks like a dragon may sound cool, Treyarch outdid itself with the Ice Drake blueprint. Wings can be seen above the weapon’s trigger, while scales can be seen spreading across the weapon’s light blue magazine. Above this, a collar with various blue runes can be seen, adding to the gun’s detail and likely standing out very well in-game. However, the barrel of the weapon is undoubtedly the gun’s best feature.

Making full use of the design space provided by an extended barrel, the first half of the gun is covered with a dragon’s head. The next half is the barrel itself, colored with a vibrant light blue to mimic the Ice Drake’s fire breath. While this weapon will be a clear example of the community’s issue with blueprints, as swapping any attachment will ruin the awesome look, there is no denying that the gun’s design is quite the sight to behold.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War fans will find this Mastercraft weapon in the NecroKing Mastercraft bundle, and it is accompanied by a few other special items. The Cold Spear variant of the M60 LMG will be included, and while Treyarch has not specified how it will look, players can expect it to continue the dragon theme. The same can be said about the Dragon Claw weapon charm and the moving Frozen Waste calling card, with a vehicle skin and horn included as well. A special watch and sticker will round out the set.

Based on previous Mastercraft weapon bundles, players can expect to spend around 2400 COD points on the item. With the design being as unique as it is, fans should expect to see lots of dragon guns in their future matches.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
