Progressing through these tournaments usually unlocks some special rewards, though a few Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War fans are struggling to get them to unlock.
Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War's fourth Gunfight tournament went live as part of Season 3 Reloaded, offering a new selection of rewards for gamers to hunt down. Tournaments are made up of four rounds, with each offering a special reward to claim. The first three rounds offer an emblem, calling card, and weapon charm, with the final prize being a tournament-exclusive weapon blueprint. However, it seems like gamers are struggling to unlock each of these items.
Considering how difficult the Gunfight Tournament is, as Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War players will be matched against gamers that have also progressed through the bracket, getting a win is a major accomplishment. As such, it should come with the promised reward, though many are reporting that these rewards are not unlocking. Reddit user Clopfish, for example, shows proof that they won the latest Gunfight Tournament but received nothing for their efforts.
In the first of two images, Clopfish shows the victory screen that comes up after a Tournament is complete. In the center of the screen, the rewards earned section showcases that the player should have unlocked every item from the latest Tournament. Alongside some extra XP bonuses, the emblem, calling card, charm, and blueprint for winning each round are clearly visible. However, the next image shows that the items remain locked in the Gunfight Tournament section of the challenge menu.
Clopfish is one of several posts discussing the problem, as Reddit users Equivalent_Ad_1514 and Kirence2 make similar posts about not getting their rewards. Comments on each of the posts are seen as well, with many saying that the same exact thing has happened to them. According to Timur_247, this is tied specifically to the new set of rewards, as they were able to unlock the previous three sets without any issues. With this Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War glitch impacting so many Tournament winners, hopefully it will be fixed soon. However, community manager FoxhoundFPS has not yet responded, meaning that Treyarch may still be in the dark regarding this reward issue.

With a few weeks left in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War's third Season, hopefully this bug is fixed soon. Considering that a new Gunfight Tournament is likely on the way, making sure that the current one works properly is essential.
