Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War players are notoriously competitive, with free-for-all lobbies like Gun Game getting particularly intense. However, one Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War fan not only managed to dominate the competition, but they did so using only a piano.

Reddit user grooviehoovie has shown off some fancy piano plays in the past, so much so that he has become known for his Call of Duty clips. Just last month, the gamer managed to dominate in a Call of Duty: Modern Warfare match, wrecking an entire team on the map Shipment as he pressed piano keys instead of some proper buttons. However, this Gun Game win is particularly memorable, as the mode requires him to get twenty kills before the other players in the lobby.

At the start of the clip, the player is at a clear disadvantage, with someone else in the lobby already having four kills on the board. Things pick up quick, however, as grooviehoovie racks up an impressive triple kill. Playing on the 6v6 map Apocalypse, the player finds themselves on the wooden platform near the rock on the left side of the map. Quickly killing one of their foes with a Magnum, the player instantly looks left and drops another with the Diamatti. A third foe comes right their way, with grooviehoovie taking them out using the Gallo SA12.

After the moment, the player says, “oh my god,” a phrase they repeat after every few kills. Skipping ahead in the match, grooviehoovie finds himself getting a ridiculous no-scope with the Pelington 703. Afterwards, they look to their left, aiming and lining up a second kill with the LW3 Tundra Sniper Rifle. Likely the hardest part for someone playing with such a unique setup, the gamer is well on their way to success once the category is finished. With an RPG kill taking place as soon as they walk outside, the player is now onto the final two kills of the match.

After a quick struggle, grooviehoovie gets a Sledgehammer kill, with the player taking a few deaths afterwards. Eventually, he nails a shot with the Ballistic Knife to get his twentieth and final kill. While some commenters noted how poorly the enemies were playing, Redditors like MyNameIsLeftSock pointed to the skill-based matchmaking likely giving grooviehoovie worse opponents. Regardless, the win is impressive, especially with the second-place player being 7 kills behind.

Worth watching just for grooviehoovie’s wholesome reaction to the unexpected victory, the clip is a lot of fun. With Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War's party game playlist live right now, those looking to follow in the piano player’s footsteps can test their skills in a match of Gun Game.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
