One franchise prone to these sorts of pre-launch rumors is Activision's Call of Duty series, though a recent host of new leaks about the upcoming Call of Duty 2020 has some details not all fans will be excited to hear.
These leaks come from a video uploaded to YouTube by XclusiveAce citing an unnamed source, though the video has been removed. In it, the YouTuber discusses some fixes to complaints about Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, such as the return of a standard mini-map, but they also claim that the Cold War-era Call of Duty will have 6v6 standard player counts, and that there will be no Gunfight mode with smaller teams.
As it stands none of this information has been officially confirmed by Activision or series developers like Infinity Ward and Treyarch, so the positive and negative reveals discussed by XclusiveAce should be taken with a grain of salt. However, if the information is to be believed, it would be surprising to see Gunfight removed after it made such a strong impression in Modern Warfare, becoming popular enough to appear in Call of Duty: Mobile as well.
Many other potential details about Call of Duty 2020 are described by the YouTuber, including a returning Zombies mode and swimming mechanics, a "unique" create-a-class option, and the fact that it already has a campaign in a "fully playable state."
