Streamer Noah has solved the first step in a serious of puzzles. After deciphering the details found in the message a chess match was discovered. This was not just any match though, it was the historical blunder between Boris Spassky and Bobby Fischer. After studying the match they found their way to pawntakespawn.com which is the end of the line. It shows an AR environment with a TV, Phone, and Pawn. Shortly after solving the puzzle, Activision contacted Noah and announced that this was only the first step towards the full Call of Duty 2020 reveal.

While the series is known for insanely difficult Easter Eggs the way that the developers have used a mixture between real-life props and digital assets is revolutionary advertising for Activision.

This was only the first step and there are sure to be even more subtle secrets hidden throughout the entire event. The maps are still left open and while the cipher has been solved fans will continue to analyze it for further information.
