With a new Call of Duty game announcement looming on the horizon, many are anticipating further details regarding the Infinity Ward-developed first-person shooter, including, but not limited to, a reveal date. According to the FPS franchise's publisher Activision, the reveal had previously been set to occur before the end of June, but some product listings from GameStop displayed in images posted to Reddit suggest that the reveal may happen by May 28.

On Reddit, site users MrTheRevertz and GarandLover uploaded pictures of product listings found on GameStop's system database. This is the same Call of Duty subreddit that contained photos of former Infinity Ward developer Robert Bowling teasing Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4.

As can be discerned in the image below, the item is called "Employee T-shirt COD Reveal Med." The most significant aspect of the product listing, at the time of the image's posting, was the date displayed below the item of June 4, 2019, which implies that the reveal, hinted at in the product's name, would occur sometime before then.

The items related to the next Call of Duty game, as seen above, are all likely different sizes of the same promotional t-shirt identified in the first image. However, for the sizes of "Large" and "Extra Large," the date displayed is May 28, 2019, which suggests that upcoming Call of Duty's reveal could occur by the end of this month. That said, even though the dates potentially imply a reveal window, it should be noted that nothing has been set in stone at this point.

If the date for this Call of Duty t-shirt listing is accurate, it does stand to reason that Activision's next title in its series of annual releases would be revealed by then. If rumors are true that the next installment is Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 and is as Tennessee Titans QB Marcus Mariota described, a lot like Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, then fans are no doubt on the edge of their seat, as the first two entries in the original Modern Warfare trilogy are often considered the cream of the crop.

Call of Duty 2019 has no official title or release date at the moment.
