Call of Duty: Warzone players looking to show off have a new way to do so, as a Season 4 emote is quickly becoming a great way to taunt opponents. The emote in question sees Call of Duty: Warzone fans smoking a cigar, and they are not forced to stand still while doing so.

While Call of Duty: Warzone Season 4 features a few standout emotes, including the middle finger gesture, the “Celebratory Smoke” is proving to be the biggest hit with fans. In this gesture, an Operator will take a cigar in their left hand, holding it briefly before they breathe in the smoke. As they breathe out, the smoke appears in front of them, with the cigar still held in their left hand. However, what makes this gesture special is how it impacts a player’s weapon.

As shown in a clip from Reddit user JussVibes, the cigar smoking does not require the use of both hands. In the case of two-handed gestures like the slow clap, players will have to put their weapon away, meaning that they gesture cannot be used mid-fight. However, with “Celebratory Smoke” only requiring the Operator’s left hand, Call of Duty: Warzone players can still hold their gun in their right. As such, they are free to hipfire, something that JussVibes does to great effect in their clip.

In the video, the player can be seen wielding the MP5 SMG as they smoke. They rack up a few kills while they use the cigar gesture, too, dropping one player hiding inside of a building. The second kill sees them battling someone out in the open, and while they do stop the emote to stun their enemy, they restart it before picking up the kill. Seeing the player hipfire as they smoke is wildly entertaining, and the fact that they succeed while using the gesture only adds to the fun.

However, while the clip would be great on its own, it truly shines due to the video playing at the start and at the end. The MP5 kills are bookended by a clip of Arnold Schwarzenegger selling cigarettes, with the commercial having a lot of hilarious dialogue. With many let down by the lack of Terminator or Predator content in the 80s Action Heroes event, seeing the actor in this clip is a nice compromise. With his discussion of stogies fitting perfectly with the gameplay, too, plenty of commenters enjoyed the edit.

For those interested in getting their own cigar kills, they can buy the bundle for Call of Duty: Warzone’s Nail Gun called "Framework." While the 1000 COD Point bundle places a spiky Nail Gun blueprint in the spotlight, it seems like most are more intrigued by the ability to smoke while they shoot.

Call of Duty: Warzone is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
