Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is still a very popular video game to this day. This was the time when the Call Of Duty storyline was so epic and irresistable. This game was interesting, tense and emotional to say the least and the end of the game left the players wanting more like any good game should.

Of course everyone who played this game will remember the words "No Russian." Imagine sitting in an airport as a COD player and hearing these words. One won't help but be tense as that gruesome scene replays in their head and silently whisper "oh hell no" to themselves. That scene was so disturbing that there was even an option to skip it. Hopefully no one has to go through that.
9 Yeah We All Did
Who can deny that they suddenly felt the need to join the army after playing Modern Warfare 2? The storyline made us want to be in the army so badly. So many missions were exhilarating and the maps were cool too. The mission to retake the White House, the heartbreaking mission at the safehouse, the boneyard in Afghanistan, the battle in Rio, e.t.c. These missions were so hardcore, they made us wonder what it was like to be in the army and even wishing we were there.
8 After The War, We'll Still Need Our Burgers!
This meme makes it look like the US Army Rangers were just kidding around during the battle but it was some really serious business-burgers are important after all. During the mission, the rangers had to secure raptor and get somewhere safe.
After their cover was blown at Nates restaurant they had to move over to the Burger Town and defend it with their lives. As a player though, it does sound funny that the whole objective of an all out battle was to defend a restaurant. In fact, all the places used for cover in this mission makes one wonder if the Rangers were just out for a bite and encountered a battle.
7 It Was Devastating
This is one of the most painful moments in video game history. Players didn't even know what to feel and it was almost like the game suddenly had no meaning or purpose. The war with Russia was no longer on our minds. Players just wanted to see Shepherd dead. They didn't deserve to die like that. But this image is proof that humans move on. We can now laugh at people's reactions when they realize that Ghost dies. Lets just hope that no one smashes their PCs or consoles after this-even though we already did.
6 Ramirez Would Like To Rest
One has to wonder if Ramirez gets extra pay for all the things he has to do. "Ramirez! Secure the Burger Town!" "Ramirez! Check out the supply drop!" "Ramirez! Shoot down those helicopters!" Sergeant Foley really wanted to work him to the bone. The Sergeant's constant yelling of orders made the game all the more harder-do some stuff yourself Foley! Hopefully Ramirez can rest now-or can he?
5 That's Just Evil
Why would anyone think of such an evil act? Spoilers of this magnitude should be treated as a criminal case because it can lead to depression. Players eventually found out that Shepherd kills Ghost and Roach and even then it was terribly heartbreaking. Although, if one is being honest, COD really sucks at killing off characters because it does so in a way that barely influences the general story line. At least the spoiler didn't include Ghost's death.
4 Bad Things Happen To Good People
This is a reminder of the tragic shooting at the airport in Modern Warfare 2. These people were just hoping to have safe travels but they never got to board the plane because somebody, along with Makarov and his henchmen, walked in and opened fire.
This event led to an all-out war between America and Russia and it was bloody to say the least. All because someone decided that killing innocent people in the airport would be the best way to start their day.
3 What Was In There?
This meme is particularly funny because a lot of times our little ones play around with our gadgets a little too much. and sometimes you just have to silence them because they know too much. But this meme is also sad for obvious reasons. Though one does have to wonder what was in his homework folder. Oh well, it'll remain a mystery.
2 Ramirez Should Consider Retiring
It's just another one of those things Ramirez must do otherwise the world will come to an end. It's a wonder Sergeant Foley even knows how to put on his combat gear-or does Ramirez do that too? Either way it's surely stressful to have to run all the errands for this guy. It'll be better if Ramirez worked with Captain Price. One thing's for sure, if bullets don't kill Ramirez, Foley will.
1 It Could Spark WWIII
Let's face it, it could lead to a global uprising. Imagine having to account for all the lives lost in video games. Not to mention everything players did in Modern Warfare 2 including those innocent lives that were wasted at the airport. A crime like that will be treated as the greatest act of terrorism because it sparked a devastating war and yes, we all played it. Thankfully we've gotten away with it-for now at least.
