Call of Duty: Mobile's developer has confirmed the classic Nuketown map may be returning. After the map shifted into a winter-themed version, fans want spring to come back to this small urban setting. With Call of Duty: Mobile shifting its events throughout the year, it is not an unreasonable request for the community to make.

Call of Duty: Mobile is incredibly popular among the Call of Duty community, as it blends fan-favorite releases into a single title. The developers have worked hard to maintain a balance between nostalgia and fresh content, and so far fans have been positive about the title's progress. Despite this, some are pushing for a return to the classics after a winter update shifted the Nuketown experience.

On Reddit, Call of Duty: Mobile fan MarcelloJulio asked the developers about the return of Classic Nuketown. During each developer update, fan questions have a chance of being replied to during a short window of time. Although the player said they do like the Russian Nuketown Call of Duty variant, many fans have been wondering about the classic map's return.

Call of Duty: Mobile replied, saying the map would be returning in the future. As time progresses from the winter season, the developers have plans to reimplement the Classic Nuketown in Call of Duty: Mobile and balance it with the Nuketown Russian map. The developer's reasoning is that the Classic Nuketown had been around for over a year, so the studio wants to make sure that Nuketown Russia has its moment of glory as well.

Fans appear to be grateful in the comments, supporting this decision. Although there are some issues within Call of Duty: Mobile, the game maintains a high standard when it comes to patch quality and handling fan-favorite content.

There are still many unknowns regarding the future of Call of Duty: Mobile. Although the positive fan reception means the game will be around for a while, the new season still holds many surprises for the community. With a new season count and a huge list of requested features, the game is sure to evolve throughout the year into an even more fulfilling CoD experience.

As for Nuketown Russia, many players are predicting only a few more weeks of the bitter cold. Call of Duty: Mobile will most likely wait until the last minute of winter to fully rotate back into the classic Nuketown experience.

Call of Duty: Mobile is available on iOS and Android devices.
