Call of Duty: Black Ops Trailer

Activion has just released a new trailer for Call of Duty: Black Ops on the inter-webs today and needless to say it's more action coated awesomeness. The trailer literally starts off with one huge explosion, and from there on it's multiple cuts of action over the top action sequences.

Each cut displays a different setting from the games various locations. While the proper geographical names aren't listed, lets just say that the place you fight in range from the forest, snow-lands, desert, cityscapes, and possibly underwater.

In one of the split-second cuts you are even having a dog fight in a helicopter.

Treyarch has definitely brought their a-game once again but Black Ops has a little different feel than the developer's previous Call of Duty installments. Maybe they're channeling Infinity Ward's Modern Warfare branch of the series? Obviously the time-period is closer to that of the Modern Warfare era - but the big-budget action feel of the trailer showcases a bit more edge than Treyarch has presented before.

While all the non-stop action is definitely awesome - it's also what we've come to expect from a Call of Duty game. What we didn't expect was that the trailer would feature hip-hop artist Eminem previewing his latest single "Won't Back Down" featuring Pink.

"Wont't Back" is one of seventeen tracks from Eminem's upcoming seventh studio album Recovery. The song actually fits the tone of the trailer and the overall game pretty well.

Alongside having his single in the Black Ops trailer, Eminem will also perform at Activision's E3 booth.

How do you guys feel about previewing Eminem's new album while seeing the new Black Ops trailer?
