One of the surprises to come out of Nintendo in the last couple of years was the Legend of Zelda crossover with indie game Crypt of the Necrodancer to produce Cadence of Hyrule. The game has been generally well-received by fans and become a hit in its own right, and next month Cadence of Hyrule will become available to even more fans with the debut of a physical edition.

A lot of notable indie games are set to receive physical versions on the Switch in the coming weeks and months, giving them a greater retail presence beyond the Nintendo eShop. Some of them, like Untitled Goose Game, have even gone up for pre-order ahead of launch, and now it’s the indie-adjacent Cadence of Hyrule’s turn, as pre-orders for the musical roguelike’s physical edition are now available on Amazon and GameStop for $40.

Safe to say, at that price, this version might not appeal much for those who already own the digital version of the game. But for newcomers and collectors, it might be worth it. In addition to the $25 base game, the retail version also comes with the new characters, songs, and campaign included in Cadence of Hyrule’s $15 season pass.

At any rate, it will give Zelda fans who missed out on Cadence of Hyrule the first time something to fill up their time while they wait for Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity to drop later this year, and for any update on The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2.

Cadence of Hyrule is available for Switch.
