Players of the new Far Cry 6 game have enjoyed the many features of the game, from discovering Easter Eggs that link to previous Far Cry games to the character customization. One brewing company in California is showing its love for the new game by crafting a fresh brew.
Far Cry 6 houses an expansive open world with many weapons, vehicles, and locations. This FPS turned RPG takes place in a fictional version of Cuba, where the player will use guerilla tactics and weaponry to rescue their nation from a fascist dictator. Though the game structure is the same as previous installments, many are enjoying the new story and small changes that have been made in this latest installment.
Fans often find ways to show off their love for gaming, whether adding an incredible Ubisoft art piece to their old workplace or designing a new drink. One group of gamers have added a new ale to their collection, inspired by Far Cry 6. User Tucan_Sam0 on the FarCry subreddit posted an image of a beer from their local brewery that featured one of the locations in Far Cry 6. Above the guarded shack printed on the can is even a quest marker to complete the game look. The company's 8-bit beer mug is seen in the distance looking over at the vine-covered shack.

Located in Murrieta, California, 8 Bit Brewing Company serves food, houses an arcade, and crafts their own drinks based on some of their favorite games and movies. With beers and ales with names like Ghost of Brewshima and Twisted Kettle, this brewery takes its love of gaming and turns it into craft drinks. Their latest collection has created a drink called Tart Cry, matching the font and imagery to a location in the new Far Cry 6 game. This ale is made of Sour Pale Ale with pomegranate, cherry, lemon, and enigma to pack a sour punch. The Reddit user was happy to show off their new drink while loading up their copy of Far Cry 6.
This brewery and arcade seem to have it all, from the 8-bit beer mug that is their mascot to beers with gaming and pop culture references. The Tart Cry is just one of the things created that has been inspired by the Far Cry series. A few weeks ago, Ubisoft and Funforge announced a Far Cry tabletop game is in the works.
