LEGO games have become some of the most creative and fun titles in the industry, as developer TT Games has taken several licenses and crafted incredible experiences for players of all ages. With LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga on its way, it seems that anticipation for these types of games are starting to reach an all-time level off hype once again.

TT Games, originally Traveller’s Tales, first began making games based on other LEGO licences with LEGO Star Wars: The Video Game in 2005, and have taken on the task of adapting numerous other franchises under the LEGO banner, including Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Jurassic World, both Marvel and DC superheroes, and Indiana Jones to name a few. TT Games also had a hand in creating original titles under the LEGO brand, such as LEGO City Undercover, which still follows the typical LEGO game format, while being more reminiscent of title like Grand Theft Auto than the typical adapted franchise fare.

With some many ideas at play and various properties receiving the LEGO make-over, some players have asked what other franchises might look like as a typical LEGO game. Now, viral videos from user shanethegoat1 on Tik Tok have given us a glimpse at what some of these potential franchises could look like in LEGO form.

In a series of videos, the user demonstrates a handful of franchises like AMC’s Breaking Bad, or even other gaming franchises like Red Dead Redemption, but from the perspective of a TT Games LEGO title. While the videos showcasing the ideas for a potential LEGO Red Dead Redemption 2 stray a fare bit from the typical norm with first-person aspects we haven’t seen in LEGO games yet, the video about LEGO Breaking Bad appear to be an identical recreation of the titles made my TT Games.

These videos are truly impressive in recreating the style of LEGO games, each with their quirks that stand out from each other. The Breaking Bad video, for example perfectly replicates the humor found in the famous “mumble mode” of older LEGO Games, a feature that LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga will be bringing back along with a plethora of other features.

Perhaps within these highly amusing videos, TT Games could find inspiration for their next title after completing work on The Skywalker Saga, though with the extensive crunch time put upon the development team, it could be possible that a break for the developers may be in order for now. However, these are still incredibly well-made homages to these classic games that should definitely keep fans coming back for more.
