Patch 5.02 of Brawlhalla sees the newest Legend added to the game; Magyar. The update to Brawlhalla also sees game improvements, balance changes, a new Brawl of the Week, and much more.

A few months ago, The Walking Dead characters joined the fight in Brawlhalla. This time, with patch 5.02, Magyar is dropping in. As the last member of the Batavian Strazci army, Magyar wields a Greatsword and Hammer and is ready to wreak havoc in Valhalla.

Magyar, known as the Spectral Guardian, will have three skins with the new update and has the stats of 5 Strength, 4 Dexterity, 9 Defense, and 4 Speed. The 5.02 patch for Brawlhalla, which saw an iOS and Android release this past fall, also comes with a Brawl of the Week game named Bubble Tag. There are also a bevy of game improvements, balance changes, and even test features as a part of the update.

Brawlhalla is most easily comparable to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate for the Nintendo Switch, a game that is still topping sales charts around the world. But what Brawlhalla has going for it is that it is a free-to-play game, and that it allows crossplay fun between console and PC. The free-to-play aspect of the game allows for a rotation of free Legends to be selected as well, so with the 5.02 patch, a new rotation is in place. With Brawlhalla, anyone can pick up and try the game and enjoy it with friends across multiple devices. And with ongoing content--such as the massive 5.02 patch--it is nice to see that those who enjoy Brawlhalla have more to enjoy.

Brawlhalla is available now on Mobile, PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
