Sasuke Uchiha served as one of the main characters in Masashi Kishimoto's Naruto series and continues to play an extremely important role in the Boruto series as well. As Konohagakure's Other Hokage, Sasuke Uchiha remains to be one of the strongest people alive and has responsibilities compared to those of Naruto Uzumaki himself.

Unlike Naruto, Sasuke has been training a lot after the conclusion of the Fourth Great Ninja War and has, since then, become much stronger. Along the way, Sasuke has also managed to gain some major power upgrades that finally put him on par with the Seventh Hokage.

7 Mastery Over Every Nature Transformation

Sasuke, being a member of the Uchiha clan, is blessed with the power of the Sharingan. He makes use of this eye in the perfect manner to copy various techniques. What's more, Sasuke's Rinnegan allows him to learn and completely master every single jutsu there is, as was the case with Nagato Uzumaki.

During the war, he didn't get the chance to perfect his control over the nature transformations but following his years away from Konoha, he certainly honed his strengths a lot more and eventually became powerful enough to rival Naruto Uzumaki himself.

6 Learned The Shadow Clone Jutsu

The shadow clone jutsu is a technique known to be the signature of Naruto Uzumaki. However, that certainly doesn't mean no other character can perform it. Sasuke Uchiha is one of the many users of this power and he demonstrated its usage for the first time in Boruto: Naruto Next Generations.

It is unknown when exactly he learned this power but it certainly happened after the Fourth Great Ninja War. When training Boruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha demonstrated the ability to produce several shadow clones within an instant. Regardless, he doesn't like relying on this power, as it isn't his style.

5 A Pseudo Kekkei Genkai

Kekkei Genkai are powerful abilities that are described as anomalies in the DNA which give unique powers to certain people. These powers are passed down by blood and thus, can't be learned by others or even be copied by the Sharingan. Sasuke himself is a user of three Kekkei Genkai in the Sharingan, the Mangekyo Sharingan, and the Rinnegan.

After the Fourth Great Ninja War, Sasuke trained to learn a power similar to the Ice Release Kekkei Genkai. By using Water Release and cooling it immediately with Wind Release, Sasuke was able to create a pseudo Ice Release. It goes without saying that this jutsu is far from the original, but represents a new weapon for Sasuke, nonetheless.

4 Strength Equal To Half Of Kurama

Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha are almost evenly matched at all times in the story and although one often pulls ahead of the other at times, by the end, they're relative to each other. This balance was shifted drastically in Naruto's favor when he gained both halves of Kurama after his fight against Sasuke and became much stronger.

Yet, in the Boruto era, Sasuke Uchiha is described to be equal to Naruto Uzumaki. Through all the training that he did during the blank period, Sasuke gained strength equal to or more than half of Kurama, making him Naruto's equal once again.

3 Space-Time Dojutsu

Sasuke's Rinnegan also continued to evolve even after the events of the Fourth Great Ninja War, while also gaining a new Space-Time Dojutsu to power himself up. This jutsu allows him to open portals to different dimensions and travel to them. At the same time, he can take people with him as well.

The only downside of this jutsu is that it takes a heavy toll on Sasuke's chakra and thus, can only be used a few times a day. Sasuke Uchiha's space-time dojutsu should not be confused with Amenotejikara, which is his Rinnegan's ability that allows him to swap places instantly within a certain radius.

2 Better Rinnegan Control

Sasuke gained the Rinnegan in the Fourth Great Ninja War upon meeting Hagoromo Otsutsuki. While this strengthened him up massively, Sasuke was far from his best during the war simply because the Rinnegan was still new to his body.

In the fight against Kaguya Otsutsuki, Sasuke was still getting used to the Rinnegan, and against Naruto Uzumaki, he claimed that his control over the eye was improving. With Sasuke having trained continuously after the war, it is no surprise that his Rinnegan continued to grow stronger as well. Sasuke was a much better user of the eye in Boruto until he finally lost it to Momoshiki.

1 Improved His Bukijutsu

Being an Uchiha, Sasuke was also skilled in the art of bukijutsu from the very beginning and he continued to work on it even after the war. At some point, Sasuke Uchiha learned a technique called Lorentz Gun, a powerful jutsu that makes use of weapons to hurt the target. By erecting a field of electricity between two points and throwing his weapons in it, Sasuke can make them accelerate at an incredibly high speed, making it difficult for even the most skilled people to dodge perfectly.

It is believed that the weapons are sped up beyond the speed of sound, making Sasuke's bukijutsu stronger than ever before. Although Lorentz Gun has a range of 10+ meters in combat, it is still an ability that has made Sasuke stronger and more versatile in battle.
