Update 8/22: Defunct Borderlands 3 VIP codes have been removed from the lists below. New codes that have been added are in bold. Original story follows.

Earlier this year, Gearbox Software launched its Borderlands 3 Vault Insider Program (VIP), which gives players a chance to earn free in-game loot that they can claim upon the release of Borderlands 3. In order to access this loot, fans must accumulate points, which can be done in a number of ways. One of the ways to obtain points is with Borderlands 3 VIP codes, and this Borderlands 3 VIP code list will leave players with a great number of points indeed.

Before getting to the Borderlands 3 Vault Insider Program codes, some may be curious about exactly how to redeem these codes. This process begins by visiting the Borderlands VIP website and signing up for a VIP account. To note, signing up for an account earns players a Borderlands 3 Welcome Pack, which will contain special grenade and shield mods as well as a VIP weapon trinket. There are also ways to earn points during this signup process.

With an active Borderlands 3 VIP account, fans can now start redeeming codes and earning points by selecting "Redeem Code" from the drop-down that appears when hovering over "Insiders" at the top of the page. From here, players can select the type of code that they wish to redeem, and there will be two Borderlands 3 Vault Insider code types included in this list: Email Codes and Vault Codes.

Now that the process for redeeming VIP codes has been established, here is a current Borderlands 3 Vault Insider Program code list to give players a jump start on points prior to the Borderlands 3 release date. To note, these codes can only be redeemed once, and this list will be updated over time. Additionally, these codes are active for VIP Season 2, and they may no longer work once Season 3 has begun.
