Borderlands 3 is out now, giving fans a chance to explore the game world and find all sorts of unique weapons. The best weapons in the game are Legendary Weapons, which often double as pop culture references. Some of the most sought after Legendary Weapons in the game include the Rick and Morty shotgun, as well as the One Punch Man gun - referred to as the One Pump Chump shotgun in-game.
Players who want to get their hands on the One Punch Man gun will want to visit Lectra City. Lectra City is a zone found on Promethea, which is a planet that players visit in Borderlands 3 fairly early on in the game. However, this means that players will need to make some progress in the main quest before they can expect to get the One Pump Chump shotgun.
Near where players get the "Proof of Wife" side quest in Lectra City, there is a staircase that goes down. Follow this staircase down and keep an eye on the map for a dead-end alley that will be on the left. Go down this alley, and there players will find a door with a bunch of screens in front of it. Opposite of this door are some buttons and levers that players have to manipulate. The goal is to get all of the screens to light up, which will open the door and summon the enemy.
YouTube channel Arekkz Gaming has found the most success by pushing the button on the left first, then turning the wheel on the right, and then pulling the lever on the right that's sitting on the ground. Finally, they pull the lever that's on the cabinet to the left. Results may vary, but basically by manipulating these buttons, players will eventually get an enemy to spawn named One Punch. As one might have guessed if they've seen the One Punch Man anime, this enemy can down players in a single hit, so it's best to kill him as quickly as possible.
When he's dead, he has a chance to drop the One Pump Chump shotgun, which is an incredibly powerful shotgun in Borderlands 3. Obtaining it will certainly help players beat the Borderlands 3 campaign a little quicker, and reach the BL3 level cap as fast possible.
