Fans can tune in to any number of content creators over on Twitch to see the game in action and even earn some free Borderlands 3 loot. What's more is that after the end of the main stream, Gearbox Software debuted a brand new trailer that highlights a lot of gameplay, including some Vault Hunter abilities, new locations, and plenty of new and returning enemies.

This brand new Borderlands 3 trailer showcases some of the highlights from the gameplay reveal event, including the starting mission as well as some shots of the growing Atlas/Maliwan war on Promethea. Thanks to the brand new Sanctuary-3 spaceship, players will visit various planets throughout the solar system in search of vaults to plunder. Several different landscapes can be seen in the trailer, including Pandora and Prometha, as well as a strange jungle area and a serene temple, both of which have not been officially named yet.

The gameplay reveal event debuted a bunch of new information that will likely please many die-hard Borderlands fans. Gameplay with both Amara and Zane was showcased, including a breakdown of many of their abilities.

Some of the Vault Hunter skill trees leaked just ahead of the reveal, but now fans have the official confirmation of Zane and Amara's abilities. Several of their abilities are shown off in the trailer, including Amara's Phasecast and Phasegrasp abilities. Borderlands 3 will allow players to equip different action skills based on which skill tree they go down, adding even more customization to player loadouts. Zane's SNTNL drone ability was also shown off in the trailer.
