Virtual reality game Blood and Truth reveals exactly what kinds of upgrades fans can expect when playing the game on PS5. According to developers, the patch is already in place and ready to go, simply waiting for players to upgrade to the PS5 version once the console releases on November 12th. Below is the full list of all the changes made to optimize the game for PS5.

Most notably, Blood and Truth will now feature increased resolution and a much higher frame rate of up to 90 FPS. Additionally, when played on the PS5, the game will automatically set detail assets to the highest option available, and texture details were dramatically improved as well. All of this comes in the form of a patch for the PS4 version of the game, but it will be playable on PS5 thanks to backwards compatibility.

Blood and Truth already pushed the boundaries of what PSVR was capable of, stunning fans with its realistic visuals and immersive gameplay. These PS5 enhancements will only serve to deepen the immersion and upgrade the experience as a whole. All players need to do to access the upgrades is make sure they have the latest patch installed and are playing on a PS5.

Unfortunately, the PS5 requires use of an adapter in order to use PSVR with it, meaning players may not have the chance to use it on launch day. On the bright side, Sony is sending out free PSVR adapters to users, so it shouldn't take long before Blood and Truth can be experienced the way it was meant to be.

Blood and Truth is available now for PSVR.
