BlizzCon 2021 is set to take place this coming Friday, February 19 and Saturday, February 20. As usual, Blizzard fans will be treated to a variety of announcements for the company's upcoming projects, with plenty of surprises in store. However, it seems as though the BlizzCon 2021 announcements have leaked online.

Twitter user Kaiser499, who reportedly leaked Diablo 4 and Overwatch 2 ahead of BlizzCon 2019, has claimed to leak all of the BlizzCon 2021 announcements. In a post on Twitter, Kaiser499 said that the BlizzCon 2021 announcements will include the reveal of World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade ClassicDiablo 2 Resurrected, a new expansion for Hearthstone, a release date for Diablo Immortal, mobile game announcements including a Warcraft pet battle game, new maps and heroes for Overwatch 2, and a new class and area reveal for Diablo 4.

Fans don't have to wait long to find out if Kaiser499's BlizzCon 2021 leaks are accurate, and it will definitely be interesting to see if their claims are true. None of the claims made in the supposed leak is all that outlandish, and many of them line up with previous leaks and rumors about Blizzard's BlizzCon 2021 plans. Even so, fans should always take rumors like this with a grain of salt and keep their expectations in check.

The headlining games for BlizzCon 2021 are definitely Diablo 4 and Overwatch 2, and it seems as though fans will get a good look at both of them at the event. Unfortunately, Blizzard has previously indicated that neither Diablo 4 nor Overwatch 2 will launch in 2021, and so it makes sense that Kaiser499 didn't claim that either game will get a release date at the show. However, another leaker has said that new Overwatch 2 heroes will be revealed at BlizzCon 2021, so that lines up with Kaiser499's claims.

Diablo 2 Resurrected has also been previously leaked, so it won't be surprising to see that come to fruition when BlizzCon rolls around on February 19. As far as the other Diablo news goes, it would make sense for Blizzard to showcase a new class for Diablo 4, plus Diablo Immortal's release date has been expected for 2021 for some time. What Diablo Immortal's release date will be is unclear at this time, but when it does launches, it will be interesting to see if the controversial game has a better reception once fans actually get their hands on it.

Most of Blizzard's franchises seem to be represented at BlizzCon 2021, though it appears as though fans of Heroes of the Storm and StarCraft don't have much to look forward to. Regardless, it should be a fairly eventful show, especially for those interested in Diablo and Overwatch.
