As many predicted, Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 has managed to have a successful launch, as the publisher Activision recently revealed that the first-person shooter is the biggest day one digital release in the company’s history. So, with a plethora of players undoubtedly diving into the game as we speak, it's safe to presume that some may still be struggling with certain areas of the title, specifically when it comes to unlocking the main Easter egg in the Zombies IX map. Should this be the case for readers, then follow along to find out how to do it.

As detailed in the video below courtesy of the YouTuber and Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 player known as NoahJ456, unlocking the main Easter egg in Zombies' IX map may not be a cakewalk for some folks, as the process requires steps to be carried out in a specific order while one does their best to survive. However, those who heed the YouTuber's tips and execute the steps properly after first unlocking Pack-A-Punch in IX should eventually see success.

For those who may be unaware, Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 also has two other Zombies modes that players can tackle, too, and much like IX, each offers up their own challenges to encounter and various hidden content to discover. So, for those who may need some help dredging up Voyage of Despair's secrets, for instance, we have also compiled a Zombies Easter egg guide for the map here.

Of course, once players best all of what Call of Duty: Black Ops 4's Zombies maps have to offer, the first-person shooter's base game thankfully has plenty of other content to keep fans busy until Activision and Treyarch begin releasing post-launch DLC. Arguably, the most popular mode with fans at the moment is Blackout, which is Black Ops 4's take on Battle Royale. As one might expect, Blackout also has its own set of trials to overcome, but one way to ensure a solid performance while playing is to stick with the best guns in the mode.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is available now for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
