Not too long ago, Activision and Treyarch released Call of Duty: Black Ops 4's Operation Absolute Zero update for PlayStation 4 fans, with the free content set to debut on PC and Xbox One platforms at a later date. Following this, the publisher and developer have also decided to provide details in regards to the first-person shooter's first expansion pack in the Black Ops Pass, which is available now for PS4 players, and contains a Zombies experience featuring actors from the Harry Potter films and HBO's Game of Thrones series.

As seen at about the midway point of the trailer below, Call of Duty: Black Ops 4's first batch of DLC features the Zombies experience dubbed "Dead of the Night", which stars Game of Thrones' Charles Dance as The Butler and Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix's Helena Bonham Carter as The Psychic. The all-new content also stars the likes of 24's Kiefer Sutherland as The Gunslinger and Flash Gordon's Brian Blessed as The Brigadier.

Although it was unconfirmed at the time, a map leak from about a week ago inferred that each of the aforementioned actors would be making their way into Call of Duty: Black Ops 4's latest Zombies experience. Thankfully, we now know their roles in the story and what else will support it in the game's first DLC drop. In addition to Dead of the Night, buying the $30 Black Ops Pass now will offer instant access to the first round of content, including Reaper and Shadowman in Blackout, the Classified Zombies experience, as well as the two multiplayer maps of Elevation and Madagascar.

All things considered, it will be interesting to see just how the Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 community receives the game's Dead of the Night experience, as well as what's available in the Black Ops Pass overall. While the expansion materials will certainly keep fans coming back for more, an argument can be made that some of the more popular updates will come for free through Blackout, which recently brought the fan-favorite Hijacked map into the game's battle royale mode.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is available now for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
