The Xbox One X has only just been released meaning that the console isn't part of Microsoft's official Xbox One Black Friday deals. However, one retailer is offering Xbox One X fans a way to bag themselves a discount when they purchase the new console.

US retailer NewEgg has a promo code that allows shoppers to get a bit of money off of their purchase, including purchases of the Xbox One X. All shoppers have to do is add the Xbox One X to their cart and enter the code MPBF17 at the checkout. This discounts the Xbox One X by $25, bringing the price of the console down to $474 (originally $499).

It is important to note that NewEgg limits shoppers to one console, presumably in an effort to deter console scalpers. The checkout page also explains that the promo code is only eligible for shoppers using the MasterPass payment method and the "discount will be removed if a different payment method is used."

Black Friday 2017 NewEgg PS4 Xbox One deals

The Xbox One X saving isn't the only discount that NewEgg is offering for Black Friday 2017, though, as the retailer has deals for other gaming products too. Shoppers can find savings on gaming accessories and console hardware as well. Here are a few selections from the list:

  • Xbox One S 500GB console for $189.99 (a saving of $90)
  • PlayStation 4 Slim 1TB console $199.99 (a saving of $100)
  • PlayStation VR Gran Turismo Sport bundle $299.99 (a saving of $100)
  • Gold DualShock 4 wireless controller for PS4 $39.99 (a saving of $25)
  • Microsoft Xbox One wireless controller $39.99 (a saving of $20)

Additionally, NewEgg is selling a range of gaming PC set-ups (including laptops and desktop PCs), 4K monitors and televisions, gaming keyboards, gaming computer mice, and gaming chairs.

NewEgg isn't the only retailer offering big savings on gaming hardware and accessories. Retailers such as Target, Walmart, and GameStop have all outlined their Black Friday 2017 deals too. These include discounts on PS4 and Xbox One console bundles, Nintendo Switch accessories, and even some of the biggest blockbuster games (such as Call of Duty: WW2 and Assassin's Creed Origins) are available for some money off.

Black Friday 2017 will be the biggest shopping day of the year and so the list of retailers offering money off of the latest gaming hardware and software is set to grow. Game Rant will have a list of the best Black Friday 2017 deals so keep an eye out for that.
