10 Rill Boismortier
Rill Boismortier, the Captain of the Aqua Deer, has always manifested tremendous powers from childhood. Due to his immense power, Rill was ostracized by members of his home city, a similar backstory that accompanies most Magic Knights with powerful and unique abilities. Despite the ostracism he faced, Rill still managed to attain the rank of Magic Knight Captain, proving his skill.

Fuegoleon Vermillion is the charismatic leader of the Crimson Lion Squad. His popular catchphrase, “Being weak is nothing to be ashamed of... Staying weak is!!” reveals a lot about this passionate individual. Fuegoleon is among the most powerful Captains in Black Clover in terms of raw combat power.
Despite losing one of his hands, Fuegoleon still has incredible control over mana. His Fire Magic makes him very dangerous as an opponent. Also, he has the backing of Salamander, the Flame Spirit that only recognizes powerful Magic Knights as its master, proving Fuegoleon's immense skill.

William Vangeance is the Captain of the Golden Dawn Squad, one of the highest-ranking squads in the Clover Kingdom. Despite his rough appearance resembling a ruffian, Yami is one of the most loved characters in Black Clover. Yami is the Captain of the notorious Black Bulls Squad, which is not surprising following his appearance.

2 Mereoleona Vermillion
Undoubtedly, Mereoleona is one of the few fighting geniuses in Black Clover, surpassing even her brother, Fuegoleon Vermillion, in terms of strength and combat ability. Despite being young, Julius was promoted to the rank of a Magic Knight Captain, signaling his skill as a Magic Knight.
Julius’s abilities are exceptionally powerful. His magical affinity lies in Time and Space Magic, which he can manipulate easily. This was seen in the "Elf Reincarnation Arc" during his intense battle with Licht. Julius is also adept at Transformation Magic, a really useful skill and Mana Zone usage.

Julius Novachrono’s most impressive magical ability is his capacity to steal time from his opponents and store it for himself to use.
