Biomutant recently released to a polarized audience of gamers who remain divided on whether it's a good game or not, but Experiment 101 is working to improve upon the experience by fixing some of the major flaws, though it didn't give a solid timeline for when changes will be implemented.

Experiment 101 confirmed on its official Twitter account for Biomutant that it's working to optimize Biomutant for fans and critics alike. The team is working on an update that will improve the combat, dialogue, bug fixes, and more when it releases for PC first and eventually rolls out to consoles.

Thanks to feedback from people who have played Biomutant, the upcoming update will address known issues in the open-world RPG. Experiment 101 is working to improve the pacing of dialogue, specifically, as some people who have played Biomutant had complaints about the dialogue section. With how prevalent the narration in Biomutant is, Experiment 101 is also working to adjust narrator settings in a way that will allow gamers to optimize their Biomutant experience to their liking.

Biomutant fans who have some complaints about the difficulty in the open-world RPG will be happy to know that Experiment 101 is working hard to bring difficulty adjustment to the game. Difficulty is a subjective thing, as some players may breeze through Biomutant while others struggle, but this difficulty change should provide gamers with the freedom to decide for themselves how difficult they want their Biomutant adventure to be.

Among one of the most common complaints about Biomutant is the weightless combat, which critics have stated lacks the satisfying impactful feeling that other titles such as Ghost of Tsushima and God of War have achieved. Experiment 101 is likely working to bring impact to offensive maneuvers in Biomutant with the upcoming update, which will address one of the major issues with the game. Fans have also inspired Experiment 101 to work on video setting improvements for Biomutant such as depth of field and motion blur. This should help players optimize their Biomutant experience visually and it will join the upcoming update alongside all of the technical fixes.

Experiment 101 hasn't officially confirmed when the next Biomutant update can be expected, but the team has illustrated what they'll be working to improve on. Most fans are enthusiastic about the visual improvements being joined by a rebuilt combat system, but some who are already enjoying the game are simply looking for more content.

Biomutant is available right now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
