Whether players want something closer to Fortnite, Apex, or Call of Duty: Warzone, a developer has already made it—or has a game in early access for it.

Naturally, there are also games that maximize VR's potential. Controls make moving fun and easy to the point that muscle memory can take over. Combat is streamlined for motion controls in a way that prevents fatigue from setting in. Then there are VR battle royales that are part of a larger game. Battle royale could be the main mode or one of many modes offered by the title.

13 VR Trivia Battle

Originally titled Kiss or Kill Trivia Royale, VR Trivia Battle is a unique experience that is very different from other games on the list. It is a free-to-play social game that allows players to compete with each other in an intense trivia contest!

This game is also very close to PUBG, making it a must-play for battle royale lovers. The best part about the game is its collision detection, which is pretty good compared to other games on the list.

10 Stand Out: VR Battle Royale

The thing that makes Stand Out: VR Battle Royale stand out is the fact that it is not an early-access title. Players might enjoy this game for its steep focus on flying, parkouring, and building mechanics. In Stand Out, players can build forts to survive and play the way they want. When it comes to the gameplay, Stand Out is more in line with games such as PUBG. However, the gunplay resembles the fast-paced Call of Duty series.

With modes such as team deathmatch, capture the flag, and BAM royale, this game becomes essential for people looking to play battle royale on their VR headsets.

Another great mode in this game is the battle royale, also known as the Rec Royale mode. This mode can be extremely enjoyable to play. However, Rec Room is not strictly a battle royale game, which could be a downside for some people.
