Serious Sam 4 takes place before Serious Sam 3: BFE, despite its title. After aliens invade Earth, Sam and the rest of the members in his Earth Defense Force team go on a quest to save their city. Players fight the aliens with a lot of different guns on large maps. Though the gameplay is rather simple, it is very fun and is a great title for both newcomers to the series and lifelong fans.

Hyper Scape is a free battle royale that is incredibly unique compared to others. Set 30 years from now, the Hyper Scape is a virtual world that the majority of the human race uses. Many play Crown Rush in an attempt to live better lives. However, as there are 100 players in Crown Rush, it can be difficult to win. What makes Hyper Scape so interesting is that different sections of the map dematerialize, rather than a circle getting smaller, in order to bring players closer to each other as the game progresses. On top of that, if players can grab the crown that appears at the end of each match and hold it long enough without dying, they win the game, giving gamers two ways to win.

Players can either battle each other on their own or in a squad of three. Unlike most battle royales, when a player dies, they aren't removed from the game nor need to wait for their teammates to revive them. Instead, they fight against another defeated player and the winner is brought back into the game, making it a more friendly title in the genre. Call of Duty fans do not want to miss out on this game.
