Nintendo held a quick, little Indie World showcase to show off some of the upcoming indie games headed to the Switch, as well as announce some exciting updates, including a co-op update for Untitled Goose Game. During the ongoing announcements of the show, Nintendo introduced a new timed-exclusive management game that has players assuming the role of a Bear running a cozy bed and breakfast.

Bear and Breakfast is a laid-back management game, coming to the Nintendo Switch and PC, where players are in charge of putting together a homely bed and breakfast for traveling tourists. As players build up their space and make customers happy, more and more tourists will flock to this bear-run Inn, which opens the door for new side quests and meeting new characters. Bear and Breakfast is claiming to have a story-rich campaign and tons of interesting characters to meet throughout the game while players are in charge of keeping the forest tourists happy.

The game's description on Steam mentions that as the player's business expands, so do the mysteries of the forest. In the reveal trailer, players can see Hank, the bear running the bed and breakfast, come across a fox in the woods, which causes the game to freak out and shifts this once laid-back game into something much creepier and possibly sinister. The woods seemingly offer up plenty of exploration for players as they uncover secrets about the area and themselves.

Nintendo introduced a handful of new games during the Indie World presentation, including announcing that the rogue-light hack-and-slash game Hades is coming to Switch and will feature cross-saves between the PC version of the game.

Bear and Breakfast is coming to Switch and PC in 2021.
