In spite of being over two years old, players are still booting up Battlefield 5 to explore the almost endless amount of ways its in-game tactics, vehicles, and armaments can be used to dismantle attacking enemy forces in pure Michael Bay-esque fashion. However, what makes Battlefield moments like these more chaotically special is when players manage to combine all three elements to create their own extraordinary exhibit of mayhem. Fortunately, this one upcoming tank commander with remarkable eye-to-hand coordination proves just that.

For the uninitiated, Battlefield 5 is the popular yet controversial sixteenth entry in the franchise. Despite taking a step backwards and drawing inspiration from the very first game, Battlefield 1942, the multiplayer of Battlefield 5 is still fortunately loaded with many modern tropes that fans love, with most matches evolving into a destructive, bloody symphony of explosions, gunshots, and screams. After all, it's common to see tanks plow through and completely demolish buildings during a match of conquest. With that said, what is an uncommon sight is when players use these tanks for moving targets in the air.

Now, Reddit user thisisstevie's brief one-minute clip perfectly shows such a feat being done during a match of Grand Operations. Captured while roaming the vast dry ravines on the Battlefield 5 map Hamada, a location infamous for giving vehicles a hard time because of the dense clusters of rocks and rubble that tug on the wheels or tracks, thisisstevie took control of a Panzer IV armored unit and actually took down an enemy fighter plane in just one shot.

After uploading the extravaganza filled clip to Reddit, the post scored nearly 900 upvotes as many users stopped by to applaud thisisstevie on their achievement. On top of this, some came together to reminisce about Battlefield 5 and how its sessions offer constant displays of beautiful frenzy, with the top comment stating, "That's it, I'm installing BFV again."

Speaking of which, because of the recent Battlefield 2042 incredibly low user rating, caused by millions of fans who voiced their disapproval with the direction that EA and DICE took the gameplay in. Battlefield 2042 currently has fewer active players on Steam than there is on Battlefield 5, which means that not only did this poor word-of-mouth cause mass refunds of Battlefield 2042, but it resulted in players re-visiting older entries in the franchise.

Battlefield 5 is available now on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
