Battlefield 2042, like any multiplayer game, has its fair share of rude players - with the teabagging gesture being just as common in the new shooter as it is in any other. One Battlefield 2042 player was particularly offended by the move, making it their mission to get revenge on the person who did it in a humiliating way.

Teabagging in multiplayer games has been seen in everything from Overwatch to Call of Duty, with the latter even making it a Field Order that rewarded players who performed it in 2013’s Call of Duty: Ghosts. While it may be a funny way to show off for the person that performs the gesture, those being teabagged are likely going to get annoyed by their enemy’s cockiness. This was the case with Reddit user GreenDogTurtleLog, who was particularly bothered by being teabagged since they feel like it was done to them for “no reason.”

The start of the Battlefield 2042 clip begins with the act that enraged the Redditor, as the enemy stares directly at them as they teabag - knowing that GreenDogTurtleLog is staring right at them as they bleed out. As soon as the Redditor respawns, they begin to “dedicate the match to humiliating them.” This process starts by the player pulling out a recon drone, and longtime Battlefield fans will know that the device has been used to get some wild kills over the years.

The player tosses some C4 onto Battlefield 2042’s drone before flying it over to the area where they died. Sure enough, the player that killed them is sitting in the same exact spot, camping behind a barrier and likely waiting for GreenDogTurtleLog to return for revenge. Instead, they are met with the C4-covered drone, which the Redditor parks right by the feet of the player that committed the heinous act. They then exit the drone, pull out their detonator, and trigger the C4.

While this clever kill with Battlefield 2042’s C4 likely would have been enough to satisfy most gamers, the Redditor doubled down. They found the player once again, and as soon as they used a zipline to reach the top of a building, the C4 and drone combo was awaiting them once again. Hilariously, GreenDogTurtleDog teabags the ground after the kill, with their victim surely watching. The drone user repeats this process two more times, showing their dedication for revenge.

With many Battlefield 2042 players likely encountering similar rudeness in their own matches, it is no surprise that the post received over 2,500 upvotes and tons of positive comments. If players ever take offense to being insulted in Battlefield 2042, it certainly seems like the drone strategy is a viable way to get back at a specific enemy.

Battlefield 2042 is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
