Battlefield 2042 has arrived and the highlight plays from the community just keep on coming. A few days ago a player managed to take down sixteen enemies with a single Jet in Battlefield 2042. Now, the tables have turned, as a player just uploaded a clip in which a soldier took down an aircraft in incredible fashion.

Although Battlefield 2042 has been flooded with negative user reviews since its recent release thanks to a seemingly incomplete game and a glitch-filled experience, many players are still enjoying the sandbox title. The Battlefield games have always been known for over-the-top highlight plays, and that has continued with Battlefield 2042. This newest play includes the Wingsuit and a C4.

Reddit user u/Breisen42 recently uploaded an explosive video to the r/Battlefield subreddit. The incredible clip is the perfect example of the unique plays that can be pulled off in Battlefield 2042. The video starts with the player scouting out the battlegrounds from atop a skyscraper, which players have been able to climb tanks atop of in Battlefield 2042. In this case, the player jumps from the building and flies using the Wingsuit to land perfectly on top of a helicopter. Once they landed on it, they plopped three C4s down, jumped off the aircraft, and detonated the explosions, thus taking down what appears to be six enemies in the process.

The epic clip has erupted on Reddit, tallying over seven thousand upvotes on the social media platform. While the Wingsuit skydiving player didn't take down as many enemies as a recent Hovercraft multikill player in Battlefield 2042, it may be one of the most impressive videos in the game yet. In terms of "wow factor," it is hard to find anything as technically impressive and explosively exciting as what u/Breisen42 pulled off.

It will be interesting to see Battlefield 2042 continue to develop. The game launched with plenty of issues, but that does not mean that the community is not having fun with it. As it is a multiplayer game that is a games as a service style game, it will continue to be worked on by DICE and EA, so it will likely improve over time. It has stiff competition with the likes of Halo Infinite and Call of Duty, but there are few games that players are able to pull off the types of highlight moments that the community has already pulled off.

Battlefield 2042 is out now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
