Batman: Arkham City's villain now has a face, and he is one of the most infamous in Batman's history, Huge Strange. Strange is one of the first reoccurring villains to have terrorized Batman, even before the Joker. During Spike TV's annual Video Game Awards, a new trailer provided some insight into Batman: Arkham City due out in Fall 2011.

Game Trailers has the exclusive video that unveils Hugo Strange as the antagonist in Batman: Arkham City. Strange wilding Batman's true identity is only part of the issue, as his past consists of mind control and producing serum like Bane uses. The trailer doesn't provide much information aside boasting some of the most beautiful graphics and a hit squad getting decimated by Batman.

What's interesting about this trailer is that Hugo Strange is the rumored lead villain for Chris Nolan's third Batman movie, The Dark Knight Rises. Watch the bat-trailer:

"So you know my name? Good, because I know everything about you. Your darkest secret, your ultimate weakness. I know you are Bruce Wayne."

We previously released screens showing Two-Face, Harley Quinn and Cat Woman. If the developers are sticking to the comics, Strange will most likely join forces with these villains and create a small super group.

Now that Professor Strange has been unveiled, do you think Rocksteady Studios will shake things up or continue to follow previous Batman comics?

Batman: Arkham City will take Bruce Wayne to another adventure in Fall 2011 for PC, Xbox 360 and PS3. Check out all of the new trailers and more from the 2010 Spike Video Game Awards and follow us on Twitter @GameRant.
