The various Cairns found in Assassin's Creed Valhalla are a nice break from the action-packed adventures that one usually gets up to in this Viking-themed open-world ARPG. The change of pace not only increases one's playtime but also can challenge the mind like how combat challenges one's reflexes.
With the Wrath of the Druids DLC, there are some Cairns that can be found in Ireland for players looking for a relaxing task. Though, relaxing doesn't always mean easy, as this particular Cairn in Inchroe's Bog requires the player to think a bit outside of the box to complete it.
Location Of The Inchroe's Bog Cairn
Since players usually need to travel pretty close to Cairns for them to appear on the map, it is advised to use Synin's sharp avian eyes to spot this Mystery from the skies as one travels around the northern parts of the Meath region.
The Inchroe's Bog Cairn is found south and a bit east of the Drumlish trading post, though, if one has not uncovered this location yet, the Cairn can also be found fairly easily by heading west and slightly south from the Kell's Abbot monastery located along Meath's most prominent northern river.
Finding The Inchroe's Bog Cairn
There won't be any visible structures, though, the marker that gets revealed after discovering the location should be enough to get Eivor to the interaction site. Some of the nearby standing stones can be a bit misleading, and since the blue HUD marker vanishes upon reaching the top of this hill, some players may become a bit confused about where the actual interaction point for this Cairn is located.
To find the point which begins this simple yet head-scratching puzzle, look to the edge of the cliff for an oblong gray stone. When the player walks up to it, the interaction prompt will appear and lets one begin stacking stones.
Completing The Inchroe's Bog Cairn
When one begins stacking the stones, make sure to start with the base stone on the flattest part of the gray rock platform, as this will affect the angle and overall balance of the incoming rock pillar. It will be tempting to lay the biggest stone down horizontally, however, since all of the other rocks are much smaller and flatter, doing this will never allow one to reach the completion height.
Therefore, gamers should place the biggest stone vertically, with the thinner end pointed upward. Thanks to the friction coded into the game for these tactile rocks, laying the rest of the smaller stones on top should be relatively easy if one places them gently and makes them come in as much contact as possible; the more surface area connected between stones, the better.
Keep stacking in this manner and the Cairn should be completed shortly. The order of the stones does not matter as long as one places the biggest stone vertically at the bottom. All that's left to do when one reaches the required height is validate the structure and collect the skill point given as a reward.
