Yesterday, Ubisoft and BossLogic teamed up to tease the forthcoming Assassin's Creed Valhalla, with the latter designing a beautiful and unique promotional art for the game. While it showed up the protagonist design and Viking-oriented setting, fans still have a lot of questions. These and more are answered today in Ubisoft's official world premiere trailer for Assassin's Creed Valhalla.

As seen below, this new Assassin's Creed Valhalla trailer introduces players to the viking culture, showing not only its art of war but its familial connections as well. It shows the war that they are engaged and what appears to be big epic battles a la Assassin's Creed Odyssey.

During the battle, not only does Assassin's Creed Valhalla protagonist express faith in Odin, but he pulls out a hidden blade to kill the final enemy. This confirms its return and that the protagonist is, indeed, an Assassin.

While this gives a vibrant showing, it does little in confirmation for the game. Aside from this reveal, the only thing official known is that 15 studios worked on the game, 8 more than Assassin's Creed Odyssey, meaning Valhalla may rival it in size.

Assassin's Creed Valhalla is in development.
