As part of the Sigrblot Festival in Assassin's Creed Valhalla, players will eventually find themselves making an offering to the gods. This happens towards the end of the quest called Feeding the Wolf, and Eivor is left with a choice. Near Valka the Seer's Hut, there are three offerings, each with three notes in front of them. Players have to pick an offering to throw into the bonfire, and then light a torch to indicate which god that offering is for. When it comes to picking which offering to bring back, there are a few things to keep in mind.

As with many choices in Assassin's Creed Valhalla, this one doesn't really make a difference. There will be a slight change to the way that the rest of the Feeding the Wolf questline plays out, but the rewards will be exactly the same. What's more, it doesn't affect anything in the main story whatsoever.

Each of the three offerings has three notes in front of them, showing Eivor which of their villagers put the offering together. In front of one offering lies notes from Randvi, Tekla and Tove. The next offering has notes from Tarben, Sunniva, and Eira. Finally, the last offering in this area was gathered by Petra, Alvis, and Hytham. Players should read each note and consider which prayers seem most worthy, or just pick which set of Ravensthorpe settlers they like the most. When they return with the offering, throw it into the bonfire.

Which offering to choose in Feeding the Wolves

At this point, players are tasked with lighting one of the torches on the various Norse god statues. After this is done, Eivor will receive a letter of thanks from each of the three settlers whose offerings she sacrificed, as well as 35 Tokens per person. This means that the reward for this quest is always 105 Tokens no matter which offering is chosen. As far as anyone can tell, the choice between which offering to grab and which god to sacrifice to don't seem linked in any way.

This is yet another choice in Assassin's Creed Valhalla that doesn't matter in terms of gameplay or even overarching story. Instead, this is a chance for players to roleplay Eivor, determining what the character would do in this particular situation. None of the other settlers seem upset by Eivor's choice, so it's really a matter of who the player wants to make happy.

Assassin's Creed Valhalla is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
