[UPDATE: Ubisoft Confirmed Assassin's Creed Valhalla's protagonist's name is Eivor. Original story follows.]

Assassin's Creed 2020 has been on the lips of a ton of insiders lately, with that finally coming to a head. It seems Ubisoft worked together with BossLogic to design a promotional art of its newly revealed Assassin's Creed Valhalla live on air.

The art appears to be a depiction of Scandinavia on the left and the British Isles on the right, with viking long boats on the left and what appears to be a viking raid on the right, confirming the Viking Era setting.

Of course, given this was all but officially confirmed following the Division 2 tease, it's not surprising. BossLogic would continue designing the art, though, ultimately revealing the design of the Assassin's Creed protagonist. Skip ahead to see the complete image and protagonist.

Ultimately, the costume appears to be similar to Ezio's Revelations outfit, and he wields an axe. The new Norse Creed symbol is also edged in this axe. It's uncertain at this time if players will have a choice between male and female protagonists, like rumors have suggested and like Assassin's Creed Odyssey did, or if it is strictly male. A full reveal trailer is coming tomorrow, April 30, at 8 AM PT/ 10 AM CT.

Assassin's Creed Valhalla is in development.
