Two Assassin's Creed Valhalla players have created a map containing all Artifact and Treasure locations. The map gives players new to the game clear locations of the many valuables scattered throughout 873 AD England, Assassin's Creed Valhalla's setting.

Valhalla marks Ubisoft's 12th major installment in the Assassin's Creed series, and the 22nd overall release in the franchise. The game has been very successful so far, doubling its Day 1 player count compared to 2018's Assassin's Creed Odyssey.

Posted to r/ACValhalla Reddit page, users Spunkyjnco and GamerTweak created a stitched-together image of England. The map spotlights all of the various areas players can find Treasure, Opal, Collectibles, and Artifacts. However, the map holds even more info. Players can also find specific treasure spots containing armor and Books of Knowledge, in addition to Assassin's Scrolls, Roman Artifacts, and Tattoo Designs. There's even some of the Raid and Synchronization points, taking out the guesswork when it comes to gathering resources. The map should prove to be an invaluable resource navigating a map of Assassin's Creed Valhalla's size.

Spunkyjnco explains that he stitched 'tons' of various images/maps/video stills to create a single complete, hi-res map. Intentionally made 'freaking huge,' the map allows mobile users to clearly pinch and zoom to specific items or areas. The map illustrates how abundant Opal is, which should come in handy for players who've been to the Opal store.

The items there can get quite expensive, with many of the weapons priced around 100-120. The player can trade Roman Artifacts at their settlement, and Books of Knowledge will unlock new abilities. Assassins scrolls open new chapters in the Assassins vs Templars conflict, although the Assassin's Bureau will need to be built up beforehand.

While Assassin's Creed Valhalla has garnered generally positive reviews since launch, not everything about the game is being well-received. In addition to multiple bug complaints, one of the game's devs recently apologized for Valhalla's ableist language, promising and update. Only time will tell if any other issues arise for Ubisoft's Viking RPG, which appears to have a much larger player base this time around.

The map's creators are encouraging AC players to share it around. It's likely the map will become a heavily-referenced tool over the coming weeks and months. Despite knowing where to go, traversing a map this large will still take players plenty of time. However, riding a giant wolf around 9th century England as a Viking warrior is certainly a fun way to pass the time.

Assassin's Creed Valhalla is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
