Several days ago, the publisher and developer Ubisoft released a cinematic trailer for the forthcoming action-adventure title, Assassin's Creed Origins, depicting a mysterious civilization about to completely crumble into dust and sand. Now, the company has decided to put out two new pieces of footage for the game that include 4K visuals, with one highlighting the history and emergence of the Brotherhood, and the other focusing more so on the lighter side of Ancient Egyptian culture.

As seen directly below in one of the latest 4K trailers for Assassin's Creed Origins, fans can witness the birth of the Brotherhood from the ashes of the Medjay, with the protagonist Bayek laying the groundwork for future assassins to come down the line. Of course, while the clip is definitely well done and somewhat informative, those who wish to go into the game blind might want to avoid watching the trailer, as it could contain mild spoilers.

When it comes to the second trailer (found directly above), it seems as if Ubisoft decided to balance the dramatic heft of the "Birth of the Brotherhood" footage by compiling several animated skits that look at Ancient Egyptian life through a contemporary lens. The majority of the scenes in question are quite comical, so one would do well to give it a watch if they're looking for a laugh.

Taking all of this into account, Ubisoft definitely appears to be going all-in on its promotion of Assassin's Creed Origins, which makes sense considering that it will be the first title released in the series since the publisher and developer went on a year-long break from working on games for the franchise. So, one can only hope that the studio will not only engross fans in an epic story with Assassin's Creed Origins, but also will challenge players with the forthcoming title's gameplay.

Assassin's Creed Origins is scheduled to release on October 27, 2017 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
