The Assassin's Creed video game series has been running for over ten years now and boasts many great games, including the recently released Assassin's Creed Odyssey that has received critical acclaim by fans and critics. While this is only a rumor for now, die-hard Assassin's Creed fans will be happy to hear that they may be able to get their hands on an Assassin's Creed Compilation early next year.

Recently, German retailer MediaMarkt has listed an Assassin’s Creed Compilation for the Nintendo Switch console, as well as for other platforms, on its online shop. The page with the listing even includes a tentative release date for the compilation, which will apparently be March 29 of next year. A tentative price for the compilation is also shown on the listing, which seems to be a reasonable €39.99.

Unfortunately, the website does not provide any other information on the compilation, and there is no indication as to which Assassin's Creed games will actually be included in the compilation. Furthermore, unlike other retailers, such as Amazon or Gamestop, that have a reputation for accuracy, one cannot be certain that the Assassin’s Creed Compilation listing on this German website is completely accurate. So for now, until we get an official announcement from Ubisoft, we advise that fans take it with a grain of salt.

While there have been rumors prior to the game's release that Assassin's Creed Odyssey will also be released on the Nintendo Switch, it proved to be untrue and to date there is still no Assassin's Creed game available for the Switch console. It, therefore, seems unlikely that an entire Assassin's Creed Compilation will be available for the Switch as soon as early next year. An Assassin's Creed Collection would certainly be welcomed by many fans though, especially since Ubisoft has confirmed that fans cannot expect a new Assassin's Creed game next year.

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is now available for the PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
