With gamers around the world socially distancing and diving more into the gaming world, several companies are supporting this choice. There's an EA initiative to get players to stay home, for example, and it seems that Assassin's Creed developer and publisher Ubisoft is getting in on it.

Many are looking forward to upcoming AC 2020, which most rumors point to being Assassin's Creed Ragnarok (or some variation of the name befitting a Viking era game.) There's plenty in the franchise to play in the meantime, especially with Ubisoft offering one of its most entries for free.

Assassin's Creed 2 is a classic and honored entry in the franchise, the very one that introduced the world to Ezio Auditore. PC players will be able to pick it up for free on uPlay on April 14, with Assassin's Creed Brotherhood and Revelations also being available at a discount. The promotion, seen below, is directed toward a chinese audience, though it stands to reason it'll be available in the Americas and elsewhere as well.

Picking up all three would allow fans to dive back into the world of Ezio Auditore, and his fight against the Borgia, his revelations in the Creed, and more. The games would cover the start of his Assassin career through his retirement, so it's a classic must-play for any Assassin's Creed fan.

Assassin's Creed Ragnarok is rumored to be in development.
