Epic Games next round of weekly free game giveaways will be going online on June 11. While fans of the franchise knew one of the two games that would be free to purchase, the other was accidentally leaked a day early by the company itself.

Epic Games gives fans the chance to download certain games from their online store for free. The games cycle weekly, so fans can experience a variety of free games if they purchase it from their website at no cost. These free games can be kept as long as they keep their Epic Games Store account, which also doesn't cost anything to maintain.

Fans were aware that Epic Games would be making Samurai Shodown Neo Geo Collection one of the week's freely available games. However, Epic Games kept the other soon-to-be free title more tightly under wraps. In spite of this, the Epic Games Store accidentally released an ad on Facebook which was supposed to go live tomorrow that revealed the name of the second free game. The video revealed that ARK: Survival Evolved is the second game that will soon be available for free starting June 11. The French ad shows a glimpse of the game's world to give players a taste of the game they can soon download at no cost.

As the title suggests, ARK: Survival Evolved is a survival game set in an open world where players can tame dinosaurs and establish a base for themselves. Alongside dinosaurs, mystical creatures can also appear in the game, which the player can also tame and feed. This follows an earlier leak that said this game was on the list of games that would be part of the free weekly promotions. Epic Games hasn't commented on the ad leak, but since it came from the company's official channel, fans can assume that this is confirmed.

After this week, both ARK: Survival Evolved and Samurai Shodown Neo Geo Collection will once again return to their original prices. Promotions like this will help open the gateway for Epic Games to also create a version of their store available for mobile devices.

ARK: Survival Evolved is available now on PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One.
