Apex Legends season 5 is scheduled to release in May or early June and may have some exciting surprises for Titanfall fans. In an interview with Game Informer, both the general manager and game director of Apex Legends sat down and gave a hint into what season 5 could bring.

Dusty Welch is the general manager of Apex Legends and is behind many of the great ideas implemented into the game. Dusty shares a piece of the plan going into season 5 by saying, "We're always bringing in stuff from the Titanfall universe. We built an awesome world in Titanfall 1 and 2 and want to make sure we're bringing that forward. I will say this: There could potentially be a pleasant surprise for Titanfall fans in Season 5." There are many aspects of Titanfall that could be introduced to Apex Legends in season 5. It is already known that Bloodhound gets his town takeover event on April 7th, so there could be something taken from Titanfall for that event.

Another possible addition from Titanfall could be Prowlers, a hostile creature leaked in Apex Legends files. Two creatures from Titanfall have already made appearances in Apex Legends, so the Prowlers could be the season 5 surprise as well.

Many fans are also hoping that the Titanfall tease comes in the form of a new map. This could be very possible due to the leaked Prowlers and adding another Titanfall location would definitely be a pleasant surprise for Titanfall fans. Players will have to wait until the start of season 5, or keep a close eye on the Bloodhound takeover event for any clues for season 5.

Apex Legends is currently available for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
