Ant-Man And the Wasp: Quantumania has a new bizarre logo according to a behind-the-scenes photo, teasing the mind-bending story that awaits.

The new photo, which was shared on Twitter by an alleged crew member on set, as the film has been in production since July, reveals the third Ant-Man film's new logo on the back of a chair. While the film's "Ant-Man and the Wasp" logo text appears the same as it has always been, the "Quantumania" subtitle below now reads in a new, almost indecipherable, or otherworldly font that hints at its ties with the multiverse.

Realizing the direction that the MCU's phase 4 is heading in, Ant-Man 3's new logo hints at the story delving deeper into the Quantum Realm and how those events will connect to the multiverse, which was briefly introduced in the Loki season finale. Jonathan Majors' Kang the Conqueror, who made his Marvel debut as the variant He Who Remains in Loki's season finale, will serve as Ant-Man 3's main antagonist. While Majors' version of the character seen in Loki was high-spirited and eccentric, his new version of Kang will likely be a more villainous character who is bent on conquering all of space and time, another aspect that Ant-Man 3's strange new logo suggests. There will not likely be any footage released for audiences to latch onto for quite some time, but fans can see the original photo below, although the original Twitter account that posted the image has since been deleted.

Although still ways away from its big release, Ant-Man 3 is already receiving praise from a couple of its cast members. The Wasp star Evangeline Lilly spoke out about the Ant-Man 3's script, claiming it to be the most exciting out of the three films. Much of the praise was directed towards the film's new writer Jeff Loveness (who is known for penning the hit animated series Rick and Morty), and how he was able to really hone in on each character and bring their unique personalities to life.

On the other hand, Ant-Man's Paul Rudd spoke highly of Majors' portrayal as Kang, claiming that he was blown away by the enthusiasm and fresh take he is bringing to the role that he believes will add to one of MCU's most intriguing characters. Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania will also star Michael Douglas as Hank Pym, Michelle Pfeiffer as Janet van Dyne, and Kathryn Newton as Cassie Lang (replacing Emma Fuhrmann who played the character in Avengers: Endgame). Peyton Reed, who is coming off of his directing work on season 2's hit Star Wars series for Disney Plus The Mandalorian, will be returning once again to direct Ant-Man 3.

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania will now release in theatres on July 28, 2023.
