Since the arrival of Animal Crossing: New Horizons last month, fans of the newest entry in Nintendo's adorable life sim have been finding a host of interesting ways to entertain themselves online. One player started an intense Musical Chairs tournament, with players competing for significant bell prize pools, while Queer Eye's Bobby Berk has been helping players re-design their in-game homes. However, it seems one player has decided to offer a brand new service to other players online.

Posted to Reddit by user Tybat11, it seems the Animal Crossing fan has opted to begin their own business that can be called upon by other users online, with the player starting a free weed removal service called WeedCo. Tybat11 showed off a training video for WeedCo on their post, with the player currently looking for new employees to join their up and coming new venture. Alongside getting to help the hundreds of lazy Animal Crossing: New Horizons fans, players will also get a snazzy uniform designed by Tybat themself.

The video highlights the interview process conducted by Tybat when hiring their first employee, with the player testing their new recruit by making them pick a number of awkwardly positioned weeds in an enclosed area. After the candidate proves that they're nimble enough to pick the precisely placed weeds, they then move onto a harder variation of the trial, which sees weeds positioned behind trees and cliffs. Tybat tells the recruit to use the inventory screen and high camera view to see in front of cliffs and trees, allowing the future employee to quickly snag all the weeds in the area.

Tybat then brings them over to the table for an oral exam, before the pair journey back to the main road and the player gives the recruit a final challenge, informing them to scour their island for weeds. Although the video doesn't show the employee completing the trial, the video cuts to a still image showing the employee sporting a WeedCo uniform, informing viewers that the candidate passed.

It's yet another example of the wholesome nature of the Animal Crossing: New Horizons community, with players banding together to help better each other's islands and have fun while doing it. Tybat has also offered players to DM them if they wish to hire WeedCo's services, while players who feel they can bring something crucial to the weed-pulling team as an employee are encouraged to send a 30-second video to the Reddit user showcasing their skills.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons is out now exclusively on Nintendo Switch.
