The journey to becoming one of the greatest pop stars in the world is no easy task and can consume anyone who isn't prepared for the rigorous lifestyle. One Animal Crossing: New Horizons fan has given a glimpse into the life of one of Animal Crossing's most popular characters and her journey into superstardom.

Known as the peppy rabbit villager, Chrissy from Animal Crossing: New Horizons is the younger of two sisters and is named after pop icon Christina Aguilera. Having debuted in the Animal Crossing franchise in the Animal Forest e+ game, fans have wondered about her origin roots, and one special fan attempts to piece that story together.

Redditor SourceRabbit delivers an animation that they have been working on alongside some friends for the last three months. Featuring Chrissy, the short begins with a look inside the home of the rabbit and many framed images of herself and friends like Isabelle and fan favorite cat Raymond in Animal Crossing. The clip has an intricate set-up to brew a cup of coffee that goes wrong when her Raymond statue goes rogue and strikes Chrissy in the head, waking her up. The animation then takes a turn for the comedic route, with Chrissy destroying her speech bubble and complaining about how convoluted the game's language, Animalese, is.

The animation highlights how busy a day in the life of a pop star can be as Chrissy checks her schedule to find over 40 different tasks. As she says, "a true star never quits out on their responsibilities," kicking off her morning routine with a cup of coffee and some yoga. She is, of course, interrupted by a string of text messages from a friend, who comes off as concerned over her latest testing of experiments to help kick-start her motivation. The video ends when the friend wonders if Chrissy can come over, promptly putting an end to what appeared to be a hectic day. While the reasoning isn't indicated, Animal Crossing: New Horizons' favorite sheep Pietro's birthday is April 19, and perhaps it's time to bring the party to him.

The Animal Crossing: New Horizons community is always showing off its creativity, and there is never a shortage of creative artwork and originality. More animations are available across the internet, including one of Isabelle playing Elden Ring, and ideas like a fan re-creating Meilin’s Room From Turning Red showcase that the possibilities appear to be endless. An artist by the Reddit handle Sallymarshmallow even went as far as to create pixel art in the image of her cat, porting it into the game. Now, whenever her Animal Crossing character decides to stay home and pick up a good book, she will be in good company with her fellow feline friend, proving the game's true creative potential.
